  • Products with perfume, stain, sweat mark, makeup mark, deodorant mark, or visible signs of use.
  • Customized, personalized, clearance, final-sale, or campaign-specific items where return is clearly restricted.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, washing, ironing, or storage.

3. Size Exchange Policy

Size exchange may be available depending on stock availability and product condition.

  • Customers should check the size chart before ordering.
  • Exchange is subject to available size and color stock.
  • Delivery or exchange shipping charges may apply.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, our support team may suggest an alternative option.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or video proof.

  • Share your order number, phone number, and product issue details.
  • Send clear photos of the full product, defect area, packaging, and invoice if available.
  • Our team will review the issue and confirm the next step.

Important: Please check your parcel carefully after receiving it. Claims made after extended use, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.

5. Return Process

  • Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending any product back.
  • Pack the item safely with original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Send the product through the approved courier or exchange method.
  • After receiving and checking the item, we will confirm approval or rejection of the return/exchange.

Refunds are processed only after our team receives and verifies the returned product.

  • Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another approved method.
  • Courier charges, payment gateway fees, or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Victorian Global.

7. Exchange Shipping Charges
